Habitat on Mars
Can we replace Earth’s ecosystem services with technology?
Manufactured Ecosystems Habitat on Mars is a virtual reality exhibit that explores ideas of how we can use technology to replace ecosystem services, and how that may be valuable in exploring the viability of living on other planets, like Mars.

I graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2024 with a BFA in 3D Digital Design and a minor in Art of Science/Science of Art with a focus on creating 3D art and visualizations for science, education, and technology. I created my contribution to Manufactured Ecosystems while working as an intern at NASA’s Glenn Research Center in the GVIS Lab. My goal in Manufactured Ecosystems is to explore creating informative yet engaging experiences that theorize and visualize applications of the research in space travel and habitats. Outside of my 3D work, I enjoy watercolor painting, collecting antiques, and rock climbing.
